Cancellation Policy
At Golden Wings Aviation, we do our best to be flexible while keeping aircraft and instructors available for every student. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
Notice
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson, discovery flight, or time-building session. Notice given with less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows
Failure to arrive for a scheduled flight without notice may be subject to a fee.
Weather and safety cancellations
Flights canceled by Golden Wings Aviation due to weather, maintenance, or safety concerns are never charged, and will be rescheduled at no penalty.

Refunds
Prepaid or block-hour balances are handled per the terms provided at purchase.
